At Adventure Armor Co., we’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly, safely, and reliably—so you can get back to what matters: the open road.

 

 

 

 Order Processing

 

 

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once it has shipped.

 

 

 

 

 Shipping Rates & Delivery

 

 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (varies by location)

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (if applicable)

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

 

 

We currently ship to all U.S. states. If you’re outside the U.S., please contact us before ordering—we may be able to help with international shipping on a case-by-case basis.

 

 

 

Tracking Your Order

 

 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.

 

 

 

 Delays & Issues

 

 

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

 

  • Carrier issues (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx delays)

  • Weather disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

 

 

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at aventurearmorco@gmail.com and we’ll work to make it right.

 

 

 

 Missing or Damaged Packages

 

 

  • If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors, building managers, or local carriers.

  • For damaged items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
